North Dakota, here I come!

So, the bags are packed and all the proper papers are printed out. There has been months of preparation and prayer that have gone into this occasion. Not just on my part, but the part of 70 other guys who are either preaching revival services this week or in May. It is exciting and nerve racking all at the same time.Who would have thought, that God would place such a great call on the lives of so many young men. This could be a time of great awakening in America. A time like no one has ever seen before. Please be in prayer for the guys who are going out to preach in cities all across the nation. Be in prayer as we meet and love on people. Pray that we show Jesus to all that we come into and that we share boldly with those who do not know Him as their Savior.

As the time dwindles down to my departure out of DFW airport, one verse comes to mind:  Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth  (2 Timothy 2:15). I pray this for myself and for men everywhere who have the great and humbling responsibility to preach God's work. I pray that we live lives that are nothing to be ashamed of, lives of integrity and honor. Lives that are so saturated in God's Spirit that the people we meet become soaked in His glory and grace.

I will try to blog throughout the week to give updates, if I am able. I will try and post pictures and all that good stuff as well. Be in prayer for safe travel to and from Hazen, North Dakota. Pray for lives to be changed by the awesome power of God. Pray that His Word is preached well and that is proclaimed boldly. Soli Deo gloria (Glory to God alone).
