It's Thursday and I am extremely tired today for some reason. Ever since I woke up, I have been dragging. Class, chapel, lunch with Jonathan, Trey, and Luke. I was tired during them all, even though each event was great. I have learned, laughed, been encouraged, but I am still just exhausted.

It's easy to get spiritually exhausted as well. Going to church and our quiet times seem to be boring and mundane. We begin to question why we even go to church or why we study the Word. Could it be that because we are relying on ourselves and are focusing on ourselves when it comes to going to church, serving, reading your Bible, etc that it drains us. When we draw from the power of God though, we are renewed each and everyday. He sustains us and energizes us when we rely upon him. May our efforts never be in our own vanity, but may it be built upon the power of Christ.
